LIVE Online Yoga and Meditation Class Timetable:

  • Monday:   10am - 11.15am  Gentle|Moderate Yoga & Yoga Nidra

    Is a gentle to moderate hatha yoga class to ease you into the week, which will leave you feeling relaxed, harmonised yet energised.

     

  • Monday:   7 - 8.15pm   Moderate Yoga & Yoga Nidra​

    Is a moderate hatha yoga and meditation class to strengthen and tone the body, yet calm and focus the mind. You’ll leave you feeling stronger and relaxed.

     

  • Tuesday:  7 - 7.45pm  Yoga Nidra & Breathing 

    A restorative supine class, which includes pranayama (breathing practices) and Yoga Nidra relaxation/meditation. It’s the perfect way for you to de-stress, heal and harmonise from the inside out…
     

  • Wednesday: 7- 8pm Restorative yoga & Yoga Nidra​

    A restorative hatha yoga class where you’ll enjoy gentle postures, breathing practices and Yoga Nidra that calms the mind and nervous system.  The perfect way to de-stress, heal and harmonise.    If you have any of the following you will particularly love it: tired, stressed, anxiety and have problems sleeping...  

     

  • Friday: 10 - 11am   Gentle Yoga and Meditation

    A perfect class for those wanting a more gentle and mindful practice which includes a seated meditation practice.  The perfect way to keep you flexible of body and mind along with developing your practice of meditation.

 

Classes Include:  

      An integral practice that harmonises your body, mind and emotions, practicings:

      • Postures (asana)
         
      • Breathing techniques (pranayama)
         
      • Deep relaxation in Yoga Nidra
         
      • Meditation, mantra…and I weave in a wee bit of music! 🎶
